I stress a lot and have anxiety over medications and treatments. Mostly my health.

I do breathing exercises to calm down or just try and relax. A good thing to do is take a shower to relax or just chill and watch some YouTube or Netflix or pet your dog.

Also you can take a bath or something. It also helps to clean. When I’m really stressed or have a strong emotion I like to tidy up my room and desk area and it relaxes me.

Doing small tasks that I usually don’t have time to do or aren’t as important as what I do also will help relive stress.
